Aboard” New Student Orientation Activity
– Volunteers are needed to give out Official Ring key
chains and welcome new freshman on to the campus during the New
Student Orientations. The activity will take place in the University
Center Lone Star Ballroom hallway between 11 AM and 2 PM. |

June 25, 2003 “Grad
Gala” –
Volunteers needed to inform students about the Official Ring
and Ceremony. Also, to participate in a fundraising activity that
only requires students' signatures (no money). Volunteers are needed
to participate any time between 9 AM and 5 PM. |

Pre-Game Mixer and Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers Baseball Game
Mixer will be held at Home Plate Bar & Grill, 1800 Texas Ave.
from 12:30-2:30 PM. Game will be held across the street at the Minute

Summer Commencement Ceremonies – Volunteers
are needed to give “Alumni Welcome Packets” to graduates
as they leave the platform after receiving their degrees. A fund
raising activity which only requires requesting graduating seniors'
signatures precedes the graduation ceremony. Volunteers can participate
at one or both ceremonies which will be held at 1:30 PM and 4:30
PM. |
