Graduates Celebrate Achievements at Spring Commencement

More than 830 students from the University’s five colleges received their diplomas during Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s Spring 2007 Commencement.


Christina McAusland, a first-generation college student and honors graduate, delivered the keynote address.


McAusland, who graduated Summa Cum Laude in English, was selected to address her fellow graduates based on academic performance and involvement in campus and community organizations.


The ceremony included graduates from the Colleges of Business, Education, Liberal Arts, Nursing and Health Sciences, and Science and Technology. The University conducts three commencement ceremonies each year, in May, August and December.
