‘Visual Dialogues III: Sights, Sites and Cites’
on Exhibit
“Visual Dialogues III: Sights, Sites and Cites of TAMU-CC Art Faculty, Students and Beyond,” which will be on display through July 28, at the Islander Art Gallery, includes works by University professors Bruno Andrade, Mark Anderson, Amanda Dieter-Garcia, Louis Katz, Gregory Reuter, Barbra Riley and Carey Rote. Mediums utilized include print-making, painting, photography, graphic design, drawing, ceramics and sculpture.
“This exhibition features works of art by Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s highly accomplished art professors and their up-and-coming students,” said Gallery Assistant Sarah Eckols. “These works express the visual relationships between the processes and techniques used by art faculty and their students.”
The Islander Art Gallery is located at 4024 Weber Road in the Hamlin Center. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. For more information, call 361.852.3350. |
